Role and Facility Information

We are seeking a short and long term Locum to join our Williams Lake Family Practitioners. If you are interested, we would like to offer you a virtual meet and greet with the clinic and the Division. This takes approximately 30 minutes, we can discuss incentives for our community, structuring your patient panel, and what other specialties you may be interested in. Uniquely, Williams Lake is able to offer you a fully tailored medical practice: Ex. 3 days in clinic for primary care, 1 day remote First Nations communities, 1 day in the addictions clinic.

Visiting specialists include Urology, ENT, Ortho, Ophthalmology, soon to be permanent in Williams Lake with the completion of our hospital’s surgical expansion refit.

Own vehicle is best/easiest. Rental cars are available if needed. There is a taxi service and a bus service but both are minimal. Williams Lake is walkable within the core town area. If car rental is required contact: travel@locumsruralbc.ca
